#28	Formerwrestler_x January 6, 2008 at 9:01pm If most of the light weights lifted and didn't try to cut weight, they would be a lot of the upper weight guys, have to be more mobile. In Spangler's case, he just grew, and if he had to cut from 140 down to 119 last year, it didn't take him long to get that weight back after state at all. reply

#21	1 Good Fan December 26, 2007 at 4:24pm Spangler looks like a young man who has hit his growth spurt. He fits well into his frame. He has been successful at every weight he has wrestled at. His technique is solid for sure. It's enjoyable to watch him wrestle. reply
#20	Don December 25, 2007 at 11:53pm My kid's 135lbs. and 5'7". Throws an 85mph fastball..............We're praying for 4 inches and 40 lbs. It happens. Chris had the technique to follow the growth. Good for him. reply

#16	Reppinva_x December 25, 2007 at 5:41am he's a stout 171, but he really is not that big, if i just looked at him i would have guessed 160/171. I've seen a hundred times where guys are middle light weights during their fresh/soph, then junior senior they bust into the upper weights. I smell a hater in the house. reply

I mean the kid is just not cutting weight and hey hey grew a little bit. I mean i wrestle with this kid and i know he works his ass off to get where he is... so no.. spangler is not on roids. reply
#13	Dalton Fleck December 24, 2007 at 3:52pm why does everyone have to be on roids if they have a big growth spirt? or athletic trainer was a 135lber his junior year, senior year he bumped up to hwt. and won state in georgia, going 54-0. busted his ass hole to get big. im sure spangler did the same thing. reply
