IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT THE FUTURE OF INDIANA WRESTLING.......

HYWAY wrestling member families: please take a moment to read and think about this message
FIRST: We have plans to build a new website!!!!!!
Results for Tournament will be posted at: http://www.http://nuwaywrestling.homestead.com/ very soon.
Indiana took 3rd place out of 7 states with many champs.
Hinkle of Western and Dalton Sparks of Peru won OUTSTANDING WRESTLER for their divisions.
Indiana had 143 wrestlers. Team scores were based on 20 wrestler selected by Indiana coaches cmt.
We placed top 3 in each division.
Next Step for HYWAY:
First please take a minute to watch the founder Dave Dean explain the organization.
http://www.flowrestling.org/videos/coverage/view_video/234829-national-united-wrestling-association-for-youth/169420-the-dean-of-nuway
We have plans for national duals, national tournaments, camps, academies that will blow your mind.
INDIANA NEEDS TO ESTABLISH REGIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS WILL ALLOW GROWTH AND PROGRESS.
A SMALL EFFORT BY MANY WILL ACCOMPLISH GREAT THINGS.
(IE I would rather have 1% from 100 people than 100% from 1 person.)
We can eat a whole elephant one bit at a time.
I have shuffled papers and organized the entire state for 2 years, it has not been difficult. I love it but, it is time to develop regions.
I am father of 2, educator, owner of Hobbs Asphalt Sealcoating, and the Head Wrestling Coach at PERU.
Dave Dean says It is time to develop regions.
The reason for the 4 regions is to HELP this organization HYWAY grow and become solvent.$$
FOCUS: HYWAY is your organization, you own it and make all decisions about its direction.
GOALS: set schedule for competitions and layout plans for next season. K-8 wrestling should happen from October till NUWAY nationals. Sunday tournament (4 man round robins to start, club duals, friendship meets, then open tournaments k-12 after IHSAA season, region qualifiers, state tournament, and then NUWAY National. We are planning dual meet tournaments with neighboring states with the other states.
HYWAY MEMBERS: The word is out and this program is exploding. Indiana will be in step with the leaders of the wrestling (Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, West Virginia, Kentucky so far and several other states are getting set up with organizations!
HYWAY needs 4 individuals to direct a regions: region leaders serve your area with information and promote the organization.
1. The region up by Chicago to US 31 NORTHWEST
2. Lafayette area to Monticello WEST
3. Peru to fort Wayne US 31 to EAST
4. Fort Wayne to US 31 NORTHEAST
WE WILL NEED TO ADJUST REGIONS EACH YEAR TO ACCOMADATE NEW MEMBERS AND MAKE IT EFFICIENT.
NOTE: this is not a hard job. I have enjoyed taking care of the entire state but, it is set up to function from regions.
I will contact all of you to set up a meeting.
Dave Dean has offered to come down from Michigan to help us with organizing this program.
Dave has 8,000 wrestlers in MYWAY in only 5 years. Take a look at MYWAY: http://www.mywaywrestling.com/
FLOWRESTLING:
The future of youth wrestling will drive off of this FLOWRESTLING platform. Check it out.
We (HYWAY, MYWAY, OURWAY, NUWAY are posting on this program as a state and national organizations. You can post video and announcements. If you love wrestling you will spend hours each day on Flowrestling.
