This move is great for when your opponent is anticipating the over tie to cross pick. If he is defending his lead leg heavily, then you can "throw him a curve ball" by side stepping and ankle picking his back leg instead of the lead leg. Make sure to throw his head with your over tie hand whenever you attack his leg.
