This was no doubt one of the highlights of my visit to Iowa City for the Olympic Trials. It was so much fun to meet the incomparable Mark Bader and Joe Flo Williamson while walking around the streets during the break.

Arrington has decided that he is finished with competitive wrestling and that he will focus instead on academics at the University of Central Missouri this coming fall. I am proud of his accomplishments within the sport and have many videos of him to enjoy for years to come. I applaud my son's decision and will miss seeing him on the mat. Whether in victory or defeat, he always brought great joy to my heart because he always did his best!! My baby son - Arrington!! Daddy Loves You Boy!!! |

"You can't major in Athletic Training and wrestle at either university because of the clinical observation hours needed to complete the program. "We had not either until we visited both campuses. A student can do both at the DIII, NAIA schools but not at DI and most DII schools. |

Did Arrington sign with Iowa State? He hasn't signed with anyone yet but the choices are now down to Iowa State University (to wrestle and select a major of interest) and the University of Central Missouri (to major in Athletic Training and not wrestle). You can't major in Athletic Training and wrestle at either university because of the clinical observation hours needed to complete the program. |

Thanks AC!!! You know I love having a good time. It's fun traveling around meeting fun loving people, eating good food and watching some good wrestling. |
