The 3rd and toughest Rhino 24hr lock-in yet. 9am - 7min match 10am - 2 laps of inch worms 11am - 100 sledges, each arm 12pm - 100 KB snatches, each arm 1pm - 100 box jumps 2pm - Pull up contest, 50 total 3pm - 7min match 4pm - 50 steps ups with weight, each leg 5pm - crab walk 10 laps 6pm - walk a mile with weight 7pm - 100 ring push ups 8pm - 50 power cleans 9pm - 7min match 10pm - 300 air squats 11pm - 100 pikes 12am - 50 single leg snatches, each leg 1am - 50 handstand push ups 2am - 50 toes to bar 3am - 7min match 4am - 5 ropes / 5 monkey bars 5am - wheel barrel races 6am - 50 supermans / 50 v-ups 7am - jump rope, countdown from 100 (100, 90, 80...etc) 8am - 40 burpees for time 9am - last man standing match
