McDonough always runs post championship sprints win or lose...says the mentality is just so you know you had more in the tank if you needed it....you're never completely out of gas.

For those of you who don't understand, doing these sprints are a reminder..."I have to get better!" 99% of us wrestlers, past and present, would be upset, tired, fed up after losing in the finals of a tournament. This guy is giving himself an attitude check and this is why he will eventually stand at the top of the podium one day at the NCAAs.

And that is his brother and his coach. Pretty sure he isn't forced to do sprints.
