1st Period
Penetrate on your shots.
Nice job getting the takedown on the edge.
Make sure to cover his shoulder on the cradle. He was a hard one to pin.
When you have the leg figure foured, Keep your knee off the ground and elevate his leg. That will help put pressure on his hips.

2nd Period
Good job on the escape. You are doing much better on bottom. Much better.
Nice job on the drag to knee tap. Looked good.
