University of Virginia head wrestling coach Steve Garland takes us on a tour of their newly renovated wrestling complex. The facilities include a 1200 square foot addition to their wrestling room, a new cardio room, weight room and newly renovated offices.

Nice work...I like to see programs w/ upgrades in their facilities, it shows that the administration and wrestling community care about what these wrestlers represent. Good luck Virginia!

Although maybe blasphemous, I have to say that I have a high level of respect for Coach Garland and whats he's doing at UVA. I couldn't be happier with the development of all of the teams in the ACC. With the great coaches in place the level of competition will get tougher & help prepare all the ACC wrestlers for NCAA's.
