Nick Simmons has been so close to the top numerous times. At the 2011 US World Team Trials Nick Simmons finally broke out and won the series over Sam Hazewinkle 3 to 2. Now Nick Simmons will represent the United States at the 2011 Wolrd Championships in Istanbul Turkey.

I'm so happy for Nick. He has always stayed hungry. I'm glad he finally got a national title. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the world deals with his length and funky style. |

Great video. Simmons is and always has been an exciting wrestler to watch. It'll be entertaining to see how his unorthodox style and physique takes his international competition out of their game... especially if the refs permit E.L Stranger to wrestle his match. |

has improved every year with his editing of the videos. Like the wrestling, it has been interesting to see the evolution of Flo's coverage and pieces they have put together. As someone who has done editing myself, I am amazed at the quality and timeliness of the videos when they are uploaded. Anyone who complains about not having the videos uploaded instantly, has no idea the painstaking process that it can be to put this videos together, especially with this quality. Great job guys. |

Robert hits the nail on the head. Simmons is a good example of being a product of the sport. |

This is great. Just shows what can be accomplished when you stick with something and work your butt off year after year. I've been watching Nick for several years now and have always been impressed with his ability to turn people and the exciting array of moves this guy brings to the mat. I'm so happy for him. I also appreciate the emotion after the match. I can only imagine what it must feel like to finally reach that kind of goal. |
