Haze would have done a bit better at Worlds in my opinion. Haze is a more consistent wrestler, Simmons is just weird.

i would have went 2 simmons for initiation on the role. then i would have game sam two 1's. I got the control point, but simmons touch his hand on the mat and was facing his back for that moment. it would have been 2-2. and simmons would have won in the end with his swift ankle/leg hold move. He must have been watching the russians nationals. Great match

Well brandon, freestyle is about initiating action versus control. if you cross your back you get scored on. If you initiate the scoring move you can cross your back for a moment as long as your not being controlled.

great match, but this one of the reasons i don't like freestyle all that much, scoring got way too confusing
