Sorry bros miller had it this is clear. The ref stopped miller every time he was going to score. Just for your info the ref was fired and wont return after that weekend. Both are great wrestlers, however miller certainly was denied a take down and a escape, should have been up 3 points never going to O.T.

Look, some crappy calls both ways? Yes for sure. Bad ref? Maybe so. But the reality is, and as I was always told as a wrestler, Dont leave it up to the ref, period. The winner is the winner it is what it is. If miller didn't like the way the first stalemate was called, he should of gotten in again and again and again, until he got the two. Dont leave a match up to the ref, they arent perfect. Just win period.

Are you guys nuts? learn wrestling. Abidin just won a national title as the 12 seed. i was at the match, he had a clear takedown against Miller that was never called. video dont show it. he controlled the match.
Hudson was the better wrestler in Albany. the takedown that they didnt give Hudson was closer then the one they didnt give kelly.
Kelly will be back. he will be ranked top 10 in the Nation next year.
you guys need to get your heads examined. leave wrestling to those who wrestle.

Well they did it again! this time Nick Kelly (Shen)had a clear takedown that would have made it 9-8 with 5 seconds left against Jamal Kelly (St Anthonys, LI)) and the two was not given not too surprised

I understand thats what you need to believe. It does not change a thing.

What needs to happen is that Section 9 and section 11 need to eliminate each other. keep them on the same side of the bracket. That would give us a better chance.
I do feel lucky that these sctions dont send more kids. It would end up an all state long island fest.

I found that Abadin worked the match as it was called. Did what he had to do. Miller did not seem strong enough. In OT it came down to either guy. the better wrestler won the match and eventually won the State title. can never take that away no matter what is said here.

If you mention Abaidin and LI thefts im sure you didnt see Duckham or Sutton. if you will argue about referees look at what thoese kids did to Li kids in the finals. yet you dont hear LI wining like upstate does.
