Hey Jesse James. . . If you are a D1 national champion I'll accept your ignorant comment, otherwise, I'll remain under the opinion that the technique in this video is pretty damn good.

good point jesse james, Rossellis only an olympian. Probably cant offer much in solid technique. (tongue in cheek)

It's people like you that tinkg they need to be taught a flying mare or a reeverse japanese spladle or whatever the hell, when all you really need is a solid base of technique, just like the one shown. Get over yourself and learn that simple is better.

... basic moves are the best technique in my opinion.

Jesse James- this is a great move to use in the 3rd period when your opponent is tired. High Crotches win matches. Rosselli was a 2-time NCAA All-American, 3-time US Open Champion, and 1996 Olympian. He knows what wins matches. Were you expecting some cool headlock or throw?

jesse james, thats the kind of technique that wins matches. Keep it simple stupid.

come on flowrestling and ur "technique Tuesdays" that was a bad armature wrestling move at best. who leaves there legs wide open with a collier tie switch "both arms 2 the head?". mayb we can get something that will win matches next week. i usually dont comment but that just shows u how strongly i feel bout this .. . .. . .. . . .. . .usually good stuff but not this time
