WOW I love flowrestling, but sensoring the posts for content. Not cool. Wes is funny, but if you haven't seen his act he works a little blue. So sensor this sight, but all these kids that see this and then see his act it's much more explicit than any posts. |

Greg ...we have been drilling "red alert" during practices all week. We have noticed incredible changes in our performance during practice. I am excited to see how much it will help in matches. Keenan has totally given up on me as a coach and wants to know when your first video will come out. |

This guy's stuff is so funny. The wrestling stuff hits a chord with all of us. We all had coaches or kids on our HS teams who could be Wesley Wes Wesley. The funniest bit I ever heard him do was when Joe interviewed him and he talked about his crazy assistant Coach in HS who wore a full plastic suit under a singlet in practice and used to abuse him with a front headlock shouting "nobody can get out of it. It's too tight". I almost cried while watching it. |
