Also polka this year wasnt that bad, i know next year and my senior year i will prolly do really good. The whole off season i have working jsut upper body with allen. I hope i also grow liek a foot while doing that. |

at the mega conference polka i went up against belville first and took the worst shot of my life at start and got pinnded. Next match was fordson and i beat him, and injured his shoulder. |

Yo Kris, Thanks for working with the kids. It's great to see alumni back in the "room". One on one attention is very important. Make sure you take time to "teach" technique and inspire these young men. |
