i'd like to cancel my technique wave. when i finally found out i had to email you, i did, but it was several days ago, if i could get some feedback quickly that would be great, my free trial has already expired while i was trying out how to figure out how to end it, so a quick response would be appreciated. thanks.
I sent about 7 messages to you asking to cancel my membership - well before the 7 day trial was to expire.It seems you guys are running an absolute scam. You don't say how to cancel when signing up for the trial, don't display where to cancel on the site, haven't replied to my emails, when I get to something to cancel - it says go to the previous page that sent me to the page I'm at (contradicting)...it's absurd - now I see that my card was charged...when I've done everything in my power to cancel this crap and haven't received one freaking response!!I just tried to submit this form and it's saying again to go back to a page which it doesn't let you cancel! so it's like you guys are avoiding anything about techwave cancel requests at every freaking turn! so that's why I'm checking "no" when it asks about techwave.
