How do we get the Techniques for the Technique Section

Of course we have to pay the athletes for their time and expertise, of course they know everything we are doing. Hopefully we can be an increasingly significant source of revenue for them in the future...That is our goal. We are on our way.

A Moment!   May 25 at 9:43pm
What a moment we are having.....! Yes, when we get to live in the moment and take the time to sift through what may appear to be rhetorical jabs----the moment reveals what is at the core of everything with inherent value. The moment reveals INTEGRITY...... That is the only thing which makes each moment memorable. Even if one is wrestling in the dark like Anthony Ferrero, he knows, his competition knows, and all onlookers know that one can wrestle in the dark and win if he does it all with INTEGRITY. I trust that the FLO organization is committed to INTEGRITY from it's core to each pulsing, jabbing moment.

Martin, I was not talking about AA Wrestling supply in regards to my comment. Maybe like you said, it was pure coincedance this happened.

I guess it would be bad business if you didn't realize this group agreed to advertise with you and you ripped them without knowing. I am sure there advertising dollars would have been gone and like you say. "anyone with two cents wouldn't run a company like that.

The issue was that Martin blasted this person in a blog a couple days later after he rejected to advertise on Flo. Coincedence or not? Would Martin have blasted him if he did advertise.

What this person is suggesting is 100% false. I will talk to our marketing director after memorial day to see if anyone talked with AA Wrestling Supply last week by coincidence and let the community know ASAP. Whatever the answer is I promise the community and other clients and prospective clients that I did not write this blog because someone doesnt advertise with us.

We have been in business now for 3 years and a lot of people do and dont advertise with us. Sometimes it takes years to woo a customer, just because someone doesnt advertise with us right now doesnt mean he wont in the future! It would be pretty stupid and reactionary thing for me to do to write a blog about someone because they dont advertise with us. I wouldnt mislead the wrestling community and overall attacking people because they choose not to advertise with you is bad business. I know that and anyone who has two cents wouldnt run their company like that.

Itchy Feelings....   May 25 at 6:52pm
Well, "itchy feelings" sure do keep us mesmerized...Do you think young wrestlers coming up have any idea how many itchy feelings it takes to get a site like Flowrestling working for our sport? I sure hope my team takes the best that they can from the best that Flowrestling has to offer. Then, as far as what is left over on the debate issues going on in the background.....well hopefully my team will say.....thank goodness I live in the USA and am able to jump into the debate if I wish OR stay out of the debate if I wish. No harm meant by taking either action, i.e., jump into the debate OR stay out. This is Memorial Day in our great (but imperfect) USA and it is great to blog on our great (but imperfect) Flowrestling site. Thanks FLO.

Why should Flo have to get John Smith's permission to tag his name when someone mentioned that he influenced this technique? Sounds like people are just nit picking. Do we have to get permission from John Smith when we create a Wiki page for him? If anyone was interested in John Smith they can easily see that he doesnt have his own technique in the section by clicking his name!!! OMG now Flo should be criticized for designing a technique section that is highly interactive where you can not only see the moves that you do but the moves that you influenced? Give me a god damn break! I have an itchy feeling that USA Wrestling is behind all this criticism of Flowrestling...which is pretty scary.

Its becoming more apparent to the Wrestling community that these guys are inept.

I would think you should probably have john smith look at it and see if he thinks it is ok that would probably keep everyone happy, just my two cents .

What a compliment to John Smith that Ben Askren shows John's influence in portraying his technique. How would that make you feel if Ben Askren were modeling some of his techniques after your techniques and letting all of us know they were your techniques? That may be the final "?".

You have listed in the speakers catergory john smith under the technique wave but when you click on john smith it is askren doing a john smith move. You clearly are using figures in the sport to suck us in but are they in the technique wave? Does john smith know you are selling the new site in this manner? Sounds like just a marketing tactic to get our money martin.

A Saint Or A Debater?   May 23 at 5:23pm
Say, I like to think of Martin as a debater. Is it his style? Is it that he needs an editor? Is it that he gets people riled up? Maybe he just is a closet lawyer who loves the adrenalin rush from starting a debate of sorts. If he were a Saint, he would for sure have an entourage of people protecting him from seeing or hearing dissenters....unless he is one of those martyr saints. It may be uncomfortable, but it is sometimes healthy to have someone ruffle our feathers once in awhile and if that is Martin's role, then for sure he does a good job!!! AMEN!

You are right though, we should be promoting wrestling and Martin and his boys do a great job with the site. I just get annoyed that Martin acts like he is a saint and that is just not the case.

I don't "blindly believe" anyone....but I do believe results and that's what Flowrestling is doing for our sport.

Certain Individual...?   May 23 at 4:30pm
So, "Full Disclosure" are you reluctant to state who you are and who the "certain indvidual" is? Come on and let's get on with promoting the sport we are enthused about. So what if someone doesn't want to advertise with Flowrestling......whose loss is that? How many people hook up to flowrestling on a daily basis? How many of these people are in middle school and high school and have a lot of years ahead of them to be enthused about wrestling? Come one....whose loss is it if they do not see the name of your certain individual's advertisement?

Was it coincedance that you took a certain individual to task on one of your blogs the same week they said they would not advertise with you?

I can assure you that there is plenty of things Martin is not telling you. Just because he has a great product should not mean you blindy believe everything he is saying.

Way to go Martin. Now let's see who has comments and/or questions. It is amazing how quiet people get in the face of candid, honest business people. Thanks for your response.
