I found proof of Flocast charging my cc 150.00. After taking my money they've denied me access. I wanted to watch this weekend. The we'll get back to you in five days is garbage. I've seen enough comments on here--turning their tails in.Â
In order to cancel your 7 day free trial you can click on subscription settings on the bottom left of any premium page.
I want to also cancel my 7 day free pass before it's charged but I can't find out where to do it, please help!

Same Issue about one user per account. I' have my laptop at another location and cannot view PIAA States.

i got news for you----i tried to log on to techwave to watch the PIAA tourney and it said only one user can be logged into my account---well guess what--i'm the only one who knows my id and password--so i cancelled by mistake and e-mailed them and they said it would be taken care of within 5 days--WHAT A IN JOKE
I have the same/similar issue. I tried to handle via e-mail, but received no response. I would appreciate a response to my email, refunding my credit card and stopping future charges. I would rather not handle this in the public forum.
I sent an email to cancel my tech wave membership on Feb 4th and the following day I received a response that it would be taken care of. Â As of today, Feb 17th, my credit card account has not been refunded but I am unable to log in to tech wave.... Please take care of this ASAP. If you haven't given me my money back I should be able to view Tech wave content.
