tech wave cancellation????

I sent an email to cancel my tech wave membership on Feb 4th and the following day I received a response that it would be taken care of.  As of today, Feb 17th, my credit card account has not been refunded but I am unable to log in to tech wave.... Please take care of this ASAP. If you haven't given me my money back I should be able to view Tech wave content.
