Big thing about throwing is trusting yourself. Do a lot of back arching by yourself, as in do the motion of throwing (hips popping out, head thrown back) so that you get used to it. Besides that, it just takes a lot of practice.. you have to feel it.

I was wondering if anyone on herer can give me tips on back arch and actually hitting a throw in a match? Ive never been a fan of doing the throws (simple lat drop, suplexes, etc) but lately been having a real interest in adding them to my game. Anyone have any tips or advice to hitting upper body throws?
Been recently working on the double overhooks throw and suplex from behind. I know they are a bit flashy but if anyone can give any extra help it'd be great.
Thank you flowrestling!!!
