What about a possible match-up in Michigan, Ben Whitford vs Mark Hall?? That is a huge in state match-up! (That is if Hall ends up at Davison). No one is talking about that? |

St. John is good - but he's not beating Taylor or Dake. And Howe and Caldwell are studs, but they're not beating Taylor in folkstyle. It's not that Taylor's competition is lacking, Taylor is truly that much superior to everyone else at folkstyle that he makes it looks easy (except Bubba). If Taylor ends up wrestling either Howe or Caldwell - I would expect Taylor to come out on top in a close match. |

Anyone know where Derek St. John is going to be? 165lb? Seems like folks forget him...at the last two NCAA tourneys his losses were to Dake and Taylor, and he kept it rather close. St. John is crazy good, and I bet he'll be a good challenger for Taylor. I honestly think he has a better shot at getting past Taylor than Dake |

howe has said a couple times that he will be at 174. This leaves Caldwell as the only measuring stick for Taylor's career thus far. Dake will stay at 157 because he wants to do what is best for the team, and bonus points and an easy title are what's best for the team. Vizcarrando is a better athlete than Purnell and came from a better program, but that honestly shouldn't even be discussed under this topic, because neither one of them will do squat next year. The hvw class will be pretty loaded with Bradley coming back etc, 3 of the toughest weights next year will be 184, 133, and hvw, with 174 close behind. PSU will cruise to a title, Brands is lucky he isn't getting the Zalesky treatment. tOSU will be good, if Minny replaces Yohn and Sanders they will be in the race for 2nd. I would love for okie state to be in it, but I just see Oliver, Dierenger, Caldwell, Perry, and a healthy Z placing high, and that isn't enough to win it all. |

It looks like Dake will stay at 157 unless he hits another growth spurt or something and howe plus caldwell could be 174 leaving taylor to another easy win not having anyone to prove himself against. PSU looks unstoppable right now and probably will be they just have to good of a line up and even if someone gets injured they can just put another stud in there place. Hopefuly ruth doesnt go 184 cuz that would knock wright up which will leave morgan out of the lineup and morgan is my boy dont wanna see that happen but i would also like to see ruth go at with howe and caldwell. Now to stieber and oliver. Oliver was screwed over in the championship match everyone knows this and they were even announcing it on brodcast when it happened and i believe oliver should have been the true champ. with that said with the performance stieber has been putting up in the off season is amazing and i doubt oliver can beat him now. which should hint to oliver to go up a weight class which not many people could match up with his talent besides hunter stieber. But hunter isnt as talented as logan but got a lot a fight but i dont think he matches up with jordan well so it looks like the 141 division goes to oliver. Marstellar is scary good would like to see someone give him a run for his money in the highschool division. |

David Taylor is going to have a tough year with Howe and Caldwell. Dake will sweep 157, too small for 165, even said so himself. Hopefully Caldwell tops Howe but I doubt it. Penn State will win NCAA's again and could win Duals if they compete. Iowa won't beat Penn State, Minnesota or Ohio State. Doubtful that Jordan and Marsteller will match up, but that would be sick to see. I see Ohio State getting 2nd at everything behind Penn State. McDonough will win 3rd title. Blair will still be #1 with recruiting advantage. Jordan Oliver will hopefully bump up to 141 and take title there. Logan Stieber is going to be difficult to beat, same with Hunter. Oliver is going to have trouble at both weight classes. |

Super jacked for the 2012-2013 NCAA and high school season!!
Some interesting things could line up this season...Here is what's on my mind!
-Possible Dake vs Taylor Matchup
-Andrew Howe back and at same weight, state, and conference as Tyler Caldwell
-Can Penn State Be Beat
-Can Iowa Pull an Iowa and take Penn State Down
-Bo Jordan vs Chance Marstellar at Ironman?
-Ohio State could shock people with their sick lineup
-What will happen with the National duals and NCAA tournament
-Who will be on the list to try and take blair off their high horse
-How will Jordan Oliver return and at what weight?
-What incoming College freshman will knock off monsters
What will happen above and what will not? What else should be on the list?
