If you lead by example both on and off the mat;
If you are pacticing, drilling or working out while others are sitting on the floor checking out the songs on their friends iPod, or text messaging, etc.; If you have the drive to learn and the pride and honor to continue practice no matter how tired you are; If you can maintain a 3.0 minimum GPA; If you can walk off the mat after a loss with the same pride, honor and integrity as if you had just won the match
-Then expect to be invited, because you are the type of person we are looking for.

Although most of our coaches are also local high school coaches, RAW was designed to be neutral ground for high school wrestlers within the Palmdale and Lancaster areas that want to excel
