Toms River South duals this Monday, July 6 at 5pm. Long Branch is Wednesday night. Whoever is part of HHH should have received an email from Coach Lynch. If you are not part of HHH and want to wrestle with us, get signed up for the summer session and get on board! HHH practices will be starting up every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:30am. My hip is feeling great and I'm ready to push you guys like never before. Are you up for the challenge?

End of the Year Pizza Party: Monday, June 22 at 12:06 in Cafeteria. Come celebrate the end of another great school year. All champions will be screwing their names into the Wall of Champions and seniors will be putting the A-Central Championship and District 22 Championship into the wall.

The fundraiser is being held Thursday June 4, 2009 at Fridays on RT35 in Hazlet.The group holding the event/Fridays will donate a certain percentage from customers recipts to benifit Michael Alexander and his family.It would be great to see people come out for a nice meal and help Michael in the process.
