The Perfect Knee-Pull Single! Chace Small hits a beautiful knee-pull single while drilling with Tyler Heydorn at this week's Club Nite. The night started off with another great game of full-contact indoor soccer! What a brutal match! Coach Mikeska and Harby both flashed some awesome skills, and looked liked the second-coming of Pele! Then we finally hit the mats for a good, hard 15 minute drill. After the drill, we wrestled live with an awesome 25 point mini-match. Takedowns & tilts were worth 2 points. If you scored a takedown, you then had 10-15 seconds to turn your opponent. If you couldn't get any backpoints, you went back up on your feet and continued the match. All in all, it was a great workout! Noah Kail vs Ryan Walters was a barnburner! See ya next week!!!

Club Night Hey guys, Club Night will now be held after school on Tuesdays. This should allow for more guys to make the workouts. Coach Mikeska will move lifting from Tuesday to Wednesday, and make the schedule work for all the coaches and wrestlers. This should also help with regard to traveling back and forth, especially with the gas prices. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn new techniques and bring your team together. You guys are doing a great job lifting! Keep up the good work. "Winter will ask, what did you do in the summer, to prepare for the upcoming season?" Go Cats!
