Hydraytion Test at Avon Lake Wednesday Nov 25th at Avon Lake

Southview Scrimmage Friday Nov 27th (Be at High School at 7:00)
Saturday Nov 3rd Annual Pancake Breakfast (Be there at 7:15)

Thursday Mandatory Midview HS Wrestling meeting at 3:30 in Coach Lawton's room.
1st day of practice this Friday November 13th.
Saturday November 14th we also have practice.
A select group of wrestlers will be practicing at Southview.
All other wrestlers will practice with coach Bristow and Coach Janik at West.
Mandatory wrestling meeting = Thursday November 12th 3:30 at
the High School.
1st day of practice = Friday November 13th 2:30-5:30
Raffle Tickets Due = No later than October 30th
Pancake Breakfast = Saturday November 28th from 8:00-11:00 in
the High School Cafeteria/APR
Wrestlers there has not been to many of you showing up for weight lifting in the morning.
We know its early, but you have to learn how to make more of a commitment and have more discipline.
One of the KEY ingredients to win in wrestling is strength.
I hope you ALL are lifting on your own if your not coming to the the early morning training.
Don't forget next Saturday is the Bake Sale at Wall-Mart from 10:00-2:00.
Keep up the Hard Work at conditioning and open mats.
We have been having great turn outs. (Nice Job Guys)
If you want to get a tune up for the season there will be some open wrestling tournaments coming up in October.

The 3rd Annual Boardman Preseason Kickoff Classic Sunday October 18th

We go two times a week, but you need to be running, conditioning and lifting on your own as well. You should be getting 5-6 workouts a week.
Remember what you do in the off-season will help you determine where you stand in the regular season.
