USA Wrestling Preseason Folkstyle Nationals

Nine members of the Trojan Wrestling family competed at the USA Wrestling Preseason Folkstyle National tournament at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls, Iowa on October 31, 2009. High School Division • 103 - Philip Laux: Finished with a 2-2 record. • 112 - Jack Hathaway: Finished in 2nd Place with a 5-1 record. • 130 - Garret Hathaway: Finished with a 3-2 record. • 140 - Gradey Gambrall: Finished with a 2-2 record. • 160 - Justin Koethe: Finished with a 4-2 record. • 215 - Mickey Pelfrey: Finished in 6th Place with a 4-3 record. • 285 - Max Pelfrey: Finished with a 0-2 record. Middle School Division • 136 - Ryan Grosvenor: Finished one match short of All-American honors. • 210 - Paul Pelfrey: National Champion.
