The second workout of hell week was a crazy plate workout that took place in 108 degree temperature. THis plate workout was mixed with some 400 meter sprints on the track.

Great workout, love the concept... and maybe it's in here but just not shown on the video... but I noticed that each individual is using a somewhat different technique, especially on the ski's, single leg squats, and incline bench. Some of these techniques appear to put some unnecessary strain on their low back |

They are going to be one of the best conditioned teams in the nation, no doubt. |

As a former DI wrestler, who has not felt the pride of finishing a tough workout (like this one) and then hitting the rest of campus, knowing that on that day, you outworked nearly every human being that you will encounter? |

And AA Drouin but more than anything, ASU's kids will not at all come close to quitting that's for sure, so from that angle they'll be very competitive. Count on it. |

At least its not too humid there, b/c 108 degrees is so much better than in a dry heat than 99% humiditytrue, when i was in iowa last year it was like 95-101 degrees but i got there just after a flood so the was wicked humid. made the showers feel awesome though |
