This match really gets your blood pumpin'!Both these guys are obviously very physical--very used to punishing their opponents. Kilgore does a better job putting points on the board... he looks like a hard-nosed intense competitor. Brown, with his physical "head taps" just looks like a chump when he's getting majored.
first metcalf gets kneed in the face, now this horse sh*t, purdue wrestlers need to grow up.
As referee of this match I certainly would have handled things differently and I don't think it would have gotten as out of hand as it did. But, like I said IF I was the ref in this match, and it did get as out of hand as this, it would have been a double forfeit, both wrestlers ejected. No way this match should have reached the end. I believe Brown was the instigator but Kilgore also crossed the line of proper behavior. Ref, coaches, and wrestlers, all involved should be embarassed.
i've seen brown wrestle twice. he's gotten into fisticuffs both times.gotta love the dude with the hines ward jersey in the stands. steeler nation.
totally agree. both these guys are monsters and are fired up. one thing leads to another and the ref lets it escalate. his version of taking control was blowing the whistle while standing between them still? gotta stop the action way earlier. i still love this stuff though
