Zach, I can see how compound movements and needing to balance the weight is very functional for wrestling. Do you still do curls? or does chin/pull ups etc work your bicps enough.

Using the "Sandbag Chain" I go up and down in weights using only the power clean for 3 reps per set. The climbing up and down in weight with little to no rest develops strength and power endurance.
