I'm BIG time grateful for Gene Lezark of CJA Wrestling Club & Vinnie Santaniello of Shore Thing. They have been VERY open minded with bringing me into their wrestling clubs. Coach Buxton has also been extremely supportive and open minded. They ALL understand the power and importance of a wrestler being in top physical condition.

It's simple. A stronger, faster, better conditioned wrestler is better than the guy who has poor strength & conditioning.

For the talkers who drop comments of negativity, we ALL know you probably sit on your a** and instead of training you drop negative comments. The REAL wrestlers are learning from these videos and taking action. The fakers & talkers need to start taking action instead of running their mouths.

Now, back to business for the wrestlers who want to train instead of hiding behind a keyboard.

Here is a FINISHER to a heavy workout or it can be performed as is. Go through the entire workout, unbroken, straight through all sets and reps. If you have to stop mid set or rest you have LOTS of work to do.
