3 time state champion David Taylor working out with Scott Goodpaster from Cincinnati Functional Fitness in Cincinnati, OH.
put some weight on. 112 lbs as an 18 year old? ridiculous get him some gerber baby food, and wrestle in some tough weight classes.
Why should eric go he won it last year, and he already signed but i would have loved to seen that match it would have been close but eric is very strong and taylor is very well rounded with technique so would have been a barn burner!!! but great workout
BadKarma what is that you said about Josh Kindig whipping into shape...maybe when Josh handed David his Super 32 belt that was the hardest thing he did all tourney David is the best in the Nation at 135 hands down he just proved it this weekend
soooooo.... based on one workout you are saying that he doesn't do real workouts and has no strength?you really are a tool! It's not about how much you lift and how HARD every single workout is. ask the ruskies
Never said the kid wasnt a great wrestler. Just said that the workout was weak lol....imagine how much BETTER hed be with a real workout and strength to support the skill he already possesses....
thats awesome that your bro works much harder then him and can out deadlift taylor, but how many state titles has your brother won? or district titles for that matter?
Gotta be honest. Thats not a tough workout. Check youtube for Frank Molinaro's leg killer. THAT is a workout. My bro will be at the Super32 and goes MUCH harder and heavier than that....the deadlift that kid was doing was elevated 2 plates from the floor with elevated handles...thats like a 185 deadlift TOPS....
Scott in no way seeks out the so called "famous kids" like it has already been said the kids come to him..I would know I trained with Scott all summer and have done everything you see David do here on the video and the #1 thing Scott did for me is motivate me...He made me want to win so Truth you need to get your facts straight
