no they dont take supplements. supplements are bad for a wrestlers body because it first gains weight, and second can hinder your performanceAre you serious? Almost every Division 1 wrestler at least takes a protein powder. Many also take creatine, glutamine, and many take some forms of meal replacements. |

Some times you need to throw up weights to get to the next level. For example when you are trying to get an extra rep in the bench or curls who cares if you cheat. What happens is that you trick you body to handle heavier weight and by the way how can bridging a little when a person does bench hurt someone. It is actually strength areas that you need when you are wrestling. What r u going to do when you a trying to get off your back, tell your opponent wait i need to do perfect form to get away, no you do what you can. |

You people are crazy. It's not a weight lifting program. It's a conditioning test. They are not lifting for technique, they are lifting and moving heavy weight around for conditioning. Developing muscle memory and buring into their muscles that they are not allowed to be tired. Screw the lifting technique. Great workout, insane hard work. Nice job IOWA |

Despite me being a major Okie state fan, watching this video makes me want to go burn out some weights. |
