Deborah Yow is in her 15th year at Maryland as the athletic director. She discusses how the wrestling team has jumped from a struggling program to a fully funded program with the maximum amount of scholarships. She also goes into the coaching change that happened over the last year.

She seems like a tough lady. But a lady rallying for wrestling is a great thing! I work for a HS with a female AD and she is a huge proponent of wrestling. Our team is fledgling at best, but she has high goals and is currently securing money to expand our room/program (private school)
