Head coach Mark Manning puts his Cornhusker wrestling team through an afternoon wrestling practice in their wrestling room at the Devaney Center. The start by going over some leg finishes and defenses, then drill on their own and go live. The workout gets finished up with some stance motion drills and lift-and-return drills.

Sweet coverage for the Huskers. These guys have great coaching relationships. I hope that carries over to their athletes and produces a successful season and future.
