Martin Floreani talks about when he first started Flocasts and Flowrestling and what it was like. He lived in a house with 3 other guys who started the company and Martin Floreani lived in the garage. He enjoyed road trips as a chance to get away and many times slept in his car. Brian Smith was an early supporter and Martin took him up on an offer to stay at his house one time.

FloWrestling has boosted our sport in various ways. May I even propose that it has helped protect it? The Olympics Committee has toyed with abolishing Greco-Roman wrestling as an Olympics sport, like it recently did with women's softball. But thanks in part to Flo, fans and supporters have maintained the inspiration needed to help keep that sport an Olympic one. Meanwhile, notice how we have far more men's NCAA and NAIA wrestling teams than gymnastics ones? Go Flo!

I went from placing 2nd in league to placing 7th in state in 2 years from repeatedly watching David Taylor videos on flo, much love guys!!

Who owns/started flo wrestling with you?

Flowrestling is probably the best thing to happen to this sport since Cael won 4 NCAA titles. Without flo I wouldn't know half the things or people I do. What you guys have done/are doing for the sport as a whole is unbelievable. Thank you so much.
