Great rule changes riding time is great for younger wrestlers to learn.....and the out of bounds rule should be implemented in High School wrestling too!

What is riding time? How do you get it? How much time do you need? haha

riding time is how long you stay on top of your opponent. you get one point at the end of the match if you have at least one minute of riding time more than your opponent's riding time. it's that simple

I like the concept of college riding time and out of bounds rule being adopted by high schools ultimately. However, it doesn't seem like a great idea to implement new rules to a post-season invitational tourney when the wrestlers haven't used those rules all year.

Great to see you guys making these additions. Maybe it will create some discussion on making these same changes with the NFHS. FLO could change wrestling at the high school level forever!
