68 kg final at the 1990 Soviet Championships between Artur Mutalibov & 1989 World Champion Boris Budaev.

Mutabilov was the Espoir (16-20 yrs old) World Champ in 1985 & was 4th in the 1989 Senior Euros.
Budaev won the 1989 World Championships. The same year Fadzaev moved up a weight class and lost to Kenny Monday in the 74 kg final.
This is an excellent match with great action and scoring and some good scrambles.
A very rare find as not many people had camcorders in the USSR back then.
