Henry Cejudo gets some work in at Grand Canyon University. Henry Cejudo does a short go on the airdyne and then gets on the mat for some drilling. He looks lightning quick on his shots and is definitely getting his timing back.

Just wondering how the absences of Terry will affect any bid to repeat as 2012 Olympic Champ.
In the Wrestling world, not much is better than watching Cejudo drill. I saw him drill in person and was completely blown away at his technique and explosiveness.
