woulda shoulda coulda. The beauty of the sport is that a guy like Jake can go to the olympics by beating a guy like Lester is Leser doesnt show up with his A game. If not, why even bother with the trials and just hand pick the team from paper rankings.Competition. May the Best Man Win :)

U.S. Greco-Roman Nationals 74 kg semifinals - Harry Lester (New York AC) dec. Jake Deitchler (Minnesota Storm), 5-0, 5-1 at 2009 ASICS U.S. National Championships in Las Vegas, Nev.
I just feel like we need a little better system than we do right now for the Olympics.I mean, has anyone scored a big upset at the trials and gone on to do well at the olympics? (K.Cross and the type excluded if they had already been to the olympics)No offense, but it seems like the Dietchler/Hrovat scenarios didn't return the medals that I was hoping for with a Lester/Lawal line-up.Just seems like we really wasted those spots. IDK.
