Here is a men's freestyle workout at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. This practice took place during a world championships training camp in late August of 2011 in preparation for the event in Istanbul, Turkey.

Vik: I thought the same thing, crazy the amount of talent in the room from across so many eras. Amazing.
Angel: Im with you, if I died and went to heaven I would wake up in that room and be able to train with these guysâ¦ In heaven I would also have the skills to hang with them too tho lol : )

Wow. Great footage. Metcalf, Caldwell, Nickerson, Humphrey, Cejudo, Kjar, Felix, Ware, Simmons, Burroughs, Sanderson, Diagnev, Herbert, Gavin, Paulson, Scott, Bunch, Reader, Jordan, Bradley. That is a lot of talent! Not to mention coaches Cunningham, Roselli, Smith, Cross, Douglas, Duroe, Jones, and Kelly,

Also, note to Flo: digging the sweeping shots like at 1:18, keep doing those!
