The Sports got a little friend
His name is Noell
The cutest little donkey
You never see him kick

What is with all the pro russian hype on these board?. Be happy for our guys and stop hating. Keep doubting our guys though . . . . I am sure they feed off of it. Great job putting on this event. Wrestling needs more of this kind of publicity.

I'd be shocked if any of these Russians make it to the Olympics.
Rasul Mashezov gave the 2 x world champ Lebedev a run last year in the semis of russian nationals. Check it.

Very fun match to watch as well.

Is it just me or should the russian heavy weight have gotten more than 1 pt. for the takedown at the 4:24 mark?

Anonymous Coward 2 years ago

It doesn't matter that it wasn't Russia's #1 team. What is important is that international wrestling is being shown on a large stage and getting publicity that it wouln't normally get. We need more events like this.

Anonymous Coward 2 years ago

Bader, you know damn well that wasn't Russia's #1 team, so lets not pretend that they are. those kidos would stand no chance against their #1's. but I'm glad they didn't show up. cuz it would have been a domination.
