when asked about his ankle and what was going on in his head Jagger said " My ankle will hurt for awhile but losing in the NCAA finals would hurt for the rest of my life" freakn awesome

Where is The GURU when you need him? I'm sure he has a ton more info on this than me but this is what I got...

Zeke was like, "hey Cary, do that thing you do where you play with the straps on your singlet and then crack your neck...I love that!"
Just kidding. 1999 World Cup. Cary not only wants to win, but wants his team to win. The US suffers a loss by tech fall earlier and Cary needs to return the favor for the team race. Zeke tells Cary he has to get the tech. You cannot see the timer in this footage, but Kolat gets the tech as the last second expires.

What's the story behind the Jaggers match? Was he injured??

Jaggers was winning in the NCAA Finals with about 16 seconds left in the match. During a scramble, he heard several pops in his ankle, which he thought was broken. (he tore 2 ligaments) Like the warrior he is, Jaggers got up and finished the match.
