I think the guy with the mitts is creating more impact than Ben's punches. But, as great of a wrestler as Ben is he is humble enough to know this is a weakness and is addressing it (in public forum). He will probably become a sufficient striker. Keep people at bay or be comfortable enough to stay away from big strikes. I see him becoming a great submission guy along the lines of a BJ Penn. A unique, slips it in before you know it submission guy. He should work on clinching to takedowns approach. He's not super explosive so he won't have a blast double leg. He a creative guy so he will discover what works and will likely have a clever and entertaining style. Good luck in both MMA and wrestling. You know how to succeed and you will find a way.
