Jon Jones is training at Lionheart over the weekend. He has his second UFC fight coming up vs. Stephan Bonner in January which he is very excited about. He has been training mma for only 10 months after a successful wrestling career, which is one reason he doesn't allow himself to get very nervous before his mma fights.
