Jon Jones talks about his career in wrestling which started when he was in 7th grade, his dad bought him and his brother wrestling shoes. In his first year Jon was just ok going 16-16. In his junior year of high school Jon Jones started to break out and he ended up taking third in the state. In his senior campaign Jon Jones was an undefeated state champion and went on to place fourth at senior nationals. After he made it to the state tournament as a junior he figured why can't he win it. The same thing applied in the UFC, after he got into the organization and had one fight, he figured there was no reason he can't win the belt.
