No, Smith said he wouldn't be surprised if Oliver didn't wrestle 133 his whole career.

he said basically jordan oliver was going to be at 141 but over the summer he managed his weight and ended up convincing smith that he should wrestle at 133 instead.he also noted that he wouldnt be suprised if oliver was at 133 his whole carreer.
