7x World and 1x Olympic Gold Medalist Valentin Jordanov of Bulgaria takes on the USSR's Mikhail Kushnir during he finals of the 1989 European Championships in Ankara, TUR.

Kusnir was a long time 48kg wrestler for the USSR (placed 3rd in 1986 Worlds) until around the time of the fall of communism where he moved up to 52 kg and competed for Ukraine.

Wow, no comments at all?

Jordanov is the man. Looked pretty comfortable here, even though he gave up points at the end. I'd love to see a Jordanov/Beleglazov match if such a thing exists.
