Point noted about the link on the main page, but for the last three months, there has been a banner reading "TheMat.TV" above the video players on the main page of TheMat.com, also in the special section, the video playlist links go right to themat.tv .... we don't think it's hard to find or see on the main page. |

I just wanted to wish the best to Joe "Flo" Williamson as he battles for the stars and stripes tomorrow in the 74 KG Greco-Roman bracket. Themat.com might try to confuse us by placing the name "Bisek" under the 74KG entry but we all know that its Joe "Flo." Martin, congratulations on finally getting someone through. Bader, I know you got to be pumped. You will do an excellent job in Joe "Flo's" corner tomorrow. Best wishes to you guys and the rest of the American wrestlers. |

Just a thought JB, you should make "themat.tv" link on themat.com home page way bigger so it is less likely to get looked overRight above the video players (where we've had video sit for the last several years), is a big banner that reads TheMat.TV. It's also listed by breakout in the special coverage section. We also link pretty much every feature video to TheMat.tv. Granted, the home page is busy, but it's not exactly a new website. Everything from Fargo, World Team Trials and the big events since June have resided there, as have all the OTC features, etc. We've got it on the page -- but you make a good point, we do feel the placement on the home page and special sections is easy for people to find. |

Question, I wonder if we keep data on how many matches in Greco, go to the clinch for the win. Also, I'd be curious to know how many pts we score each year at Worlds with a gut wrench. Obviously in Greco, we don't have many options for turns, but I wonder if trying to mix things up with a high gut, frontheadlock or something else, would be more effective in our matches. |

Flowrestling, once again getting it down when USA Wrestling cannot! How can Flo get matches up while USA is only able to produce a weak live commentary? I know Flo is not live but it is 100% better than what our leadership (USA Wrestling) is providing. Ridiculous. Great work Flo!!!Actually, we've posted EVERY single U.S. match and every final within 20 minutes of its completion, complete with coach and athlete interviews. We've had TheMat.TV video portal for several months. I probably shouldn't dignify this with a response, but it does irk me when someone comes out so blatantly uneducated on what we (USAW) are doing at the World Championships. We've got every match on our video portal of our athletes. We have the finals, too. Flo is doing a great job here, but there is absolutely no need to try to trash us when we've put up 45 videos from the World Championships and have seven blogs updated frequently and live audio webcast and a live chat room. Ed - I hope you are not saying that a person cannot make observations about the performance of team USA unless they can do better themselves?No, everyone is entitled to their opinions, after all...this is AMERICA!!! I just didn't like the way it was phrased. I still love you guys :) |

IMO we are still trying to wrestle to the clinch and test our luck there. I also think the other countries defense is far superior to ours. |

Our Greco team's performance is embarrassing!Your comment is embarrassing. We had someone take 4th yesterday. It's not exactly easy when other countries only train in Greco and FS their entire life, but many of our wrestlers only convert to those styles much later. Maybe you could get out there and show them how it's done. |
