As I stated on another post, Varner was sick, it was his decision to wrestle, so how is Cael gonna come down on him for not winning it for the team? Does everyone forget there are 9 other wrestlers on that team? I'm sure those 9 were not expecting Varner to win the whole darn thing for them. Get real!

Mediocre, give the kid some credit for a fine effort. Had it been a wrestling match he just may have won.

Varner's game is slow and calculating. His strengths are avoiding the take down, scrambling and being on top, he is strong in the tie up but has to work on his take downs. because of this style he will always slow the match down and win by only a few points against the better wrestlers. i still think he's the best at his weight
