The NCAA wrestling championships are one of the most intense and emotional places around. Shrink it down from eight mats to one elevated mat, 20,000 in attendance, millions watching live on tv at home while these warriors square off against each other one on one. Take a look at the preparation and focus that these wrestlers display immediately before going out on to the mat for the NCAA finals. Ed Ruth is too much. has to have ice water in his veins to be that cool, calm, and collected.
There rules were not adjusted, though the set up did change. Last year in Philly there was a long walk from the tunnel to the press conference. This year they came through the tunnel and basically went right across the hall to the press conference.To those who ask... and those who will continue to ask:The name of the song is Track 11 by Honey Claws, it can be found on spotify.
