May 20, 2008Typically I do not post on wrestling forums but it has come to my attention that a post of a derogatory nature was made using my name about Coach Steiner. The post was obviously created to only harm the character of Coach Steiner and my character by using my name. Terry Steiner is a tremendous coach, leader, father, husband, and friend! I will not go into the post since it has been removed and the comments are of such a damaging nature that they need not be mentioned again. The forum should be used to express ideas that help to promote and further our sport not damage it.I plan to use every resource in an attempt to find out who exactly posted the comments under my name.Sincerely,Cary Kolat

Terry Steiner is currently the women's US national coach. Here he discusses the development of women's wrestling and why it is important as well as reasons why it may help protect the remaining men's college teams.
Coach Steiner is an outstanding individual & a great coach. He makes a lot of great points.
I think the difference with baseball/softball is that they are actually considered two different sports.I think what Terry is leading to, is actually having a co-ed team. Much like track and X country. That makes sense to me.
Outstanding interview from an outstanding person. Terry has a great story about how he came about coaching the womens team.
