Nearside Cradles are Back: The Move That Electrified at NCAAs
Nearside cradles are back. Many were hit at last year's NCAA Tournament. Adam Tirapelle points out that moves like the tilt don't work very much at the college level because guys in college don't get their arms tied up very much. This is not the case with cradles. Cradles come as a result of solid top pressure. Here Tirapelle shows a few set ups to the nearside cradle as well as lock positioning when securing the pinning combination.
